Picking, packing and labelling products ready for dispatch Meeting company targets and deadlines efficiently General associated warehouse duties Achieving the tasks set within agreed time Communicating effectively with the team Adhering to strict health and safety rules and regulations throughout your shift Must follow instructions from your Line Manager/Supervisor. Coordinating with the transporters/logistics staff Ensure cleanliness in packing room. Handling materials and getting the packing done as per the required speed Ensure for proper planning inline with purchase orders for dispatch of finished goods on time. Maintenance of all reports in packing department Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies. Replaces damaged items and shortages by determining optimal response of replacement or credit.
