Operations PRO (PVT) Limited is hiring Business Development Officer for their head office located in Islamabad. It’s a Software Development, Management Consulting and Training Organization helping individuals and organizations reach their true potential by offering them innovative and sustainable solutions.

We are currently working on few international projects that are very unique in their nature. We are recruiting professionals for the following positions and we would like to get competent applications. It would give you exposure of working on international projects. Candidates will work directly under the supervision of Company Directors.

Job Description:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers market and promote a portfolio of products.
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
  • Should be willing to do field work (outbound job)
  • Should have own conveyance
  • Should be from Islamabad/ Rawalpindi
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
