Job Description
Following are the major Duties and Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager but not limited to…..
- Responsible to appoint and manage Dealers/Distributors /Shopkeepers.
- Responsible to make the sales forecast (Weakly, Monthly, and annually) and set the sales targets on the basis of their areas.
- Identify potential areas, Support to sales team in opening/appointing Dealers/Distributors/Shopkeepers in their areas.
- Educate the sales team with respect to company products, best practices, distributor’s relationship, promotional schemes etc.
- Responsible for in time recovery and achieve their targets timely.
- Responsible to checking and verify customer claims.
- Responsible for on time delivery to customers and zero complaints regarding delivery and quality.
- Watch on competitors activity and responsible to prepare action plan to beat the same.
- Responsible to takeover the responsibilities of their junior/senior at the time of their any type absent.
- Any other task can be given any time by management.
