Job Description

The accounts assistant will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial records, cash handling and office administration.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Age limit is maxium 30 years.
  • Only females can apply
  • Processing receipts, sales invoices and payments
  • Maintaining account records of business incoming and outgoing finances
  • Ensuring that accounts are accurately monitored and recorded
  • Assisting with payroll by processing wages and employee expense claims
  • Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets
  • Preparing balance sheets

Requirements & Skills

The accounts assistants should have logical mind and an ability to work well with numbers.
