Job Description

  • Directly works under supervision of Country Head, CFO and reports to him on different financial, accounting and audit works in professional and ethical ways, and under consideration of ISA, IFRS and others statutory framework.
  • Effective delivery of the entire financial system, corporate governance, policies, procedures and best practices
  • Ensure compliance of operations with internal policies, regulations while ensuring filings (Tax, SECP, etc) are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor financial operations, prepare analysis and reports, provide guidance to operating staff on issues to minimize risk and improve financial outcome
  • Cash flow management, forecasting and corporate relationships
  • Review, update and develop internal control systems; manage and oversee internal audits for the compliance with the policies and standards.
  • Preventive and corrective measures for fraudulent activities (forensic accounting)
  • Process payroll ensuring confidentiality controls
  • Continuous quality improvement of existing processes with deep focus on team development and process automation.
  • Maintain financial records of Hundred Alpha
  • Maintain files and records of financial evidence, payments, receipts and any other document
  • Prepare financial models, capital investment models for possible investments
  • Make estimates of funds required for short and long-term financial objectives of the organization
  • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Maintain Reconciliation of transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers together with other key accounts.
