Job Description
- Should be able to gain insights in to the working knowledge of Wordsmith, as well as how it will be impacting the client’s prospects
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of Wordsmith and for one of its clients as an employee of Wordsmith
- Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of Wordsmith business activities and that of its client
- Develop and foster relationships for Wordsmith and its client
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between Wordsmith and its client
- Deal and manage potential customers of Wordsmith’s client and create opportunities to increase sales for the same
- Look over and managing the marketing prospects for Wordsmith including mainstream and across social media platform
- Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business
- Should be proactive in solving conflicts and address issues that could occur between Wordsmith and its client
- Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
- Act as a positive representation for Wordsmith
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required with preference over specialization in business administration
- 1+ years of experience in a related role
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
- Capability to negotiate with and influence others
- Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
