Job Description
Toyota Rawal Motors (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking Human Resource who will lead the HR Operations along with Recruitment and Selection process.
- Ideal candidate should have proven experience in HR and should have thorough understanding of drafting HR policies and procedures in accordance with Labor laws of Pakistan. A self-driven and out of the box thinker who is ready to take on this challenging role.
What Your Typical Day will be like:
- Strategies recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training process to establish and implement a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program which is aligned with Organizational goals; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Develop and roll out the HR manuals, policies. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing/ conducting orientations and trainings.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Conducting, analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes through GAP analysis.
- Ensure high HR service level: Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, coach and discipline employees; schedule management conferences with employees; resolving employee matters (joining, confirmations, assessments, clearance, leaves, etc.)
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by conducting regular meetings with managers to coach and discipline employees.
- Maintain current and historical human resource records by designing filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records up-to-date on all systems and files.
- Manage employee benefit and reward system by recommending programs to management along with directing the processing of benefit claims.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
