Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager / Content Creator to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Designs a Social Media Strategy in accordance with the marketing.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters and blog content, or social media messages

• Years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role.
• Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.
• Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks and 3rd party tools.
