Trading Coordinator

1. Telephic comunication with Trading distributors for Orders and forwarding orders to FGS Department for early dispatching and monetirng till receiving to distributor.

2. Telephinic communication with Trading Distributors for recovery and forward intimation to accounts department for varification of payment.

3. Telephic comunication with Trading Distributors to rehash sales and incease order.

4. Daily value wise closing of all trading distributors and report forwarding to seniors

5. Weekly Unit wise closing of all trading distributors and report forwarding to seniors

6. Monthly Unit wise closing of all trading distributors and report forwarding to seniors

7. Prepration of different analysis report for senior e.g

a. week areas

b. slow moving products

c. repeated quries

d. Distributors issues

e. other issues.

Must have good Computer skill

Must have good Market PR

Must have good communication Skill
