Diploma in IT, BSC/B.COM/ BBA IT /or Master with Good IT and Communication Skills.
Job Description
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration both for clients and in house.
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Talk clients through series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to clients.
- Good understanding of computer system and Camera devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software’s.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

- Must have strong IT-related knowledge.
- Candidate should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
- Applicants should preferably have previous experience of IT.
- Fresh candidate are strongly welcome to apply, however, they should have a strong IT skills and Knowledge in terms of software, computer trouble shooting and computer networking.
