Job Description

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration both for clients and in house.
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Talk clients through series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issues.
  • Provide prompt and accurate solutions to clients.
  • Good understanding of computer system and Camera devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software’s.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Must have strong IT-related knowledge.
  • Candidate should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
  • Applicants should preferably have previous experience of IT.
  • Fresh candidate are strongly welcome to apply, however, they should have a strong IT skills and Knowledge in terms of software, computer trouble shooting and computer networking.
