Supply Chain Executive

Executive, Supply Chain ensures the performance of supply chain from order to shipment and customer service. These professionals track inventory, orders and forecast future supply needs. They are part of the Supply Chain Team that is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and ordering the proper quantity, shipment terms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain adequate inventory, scheduling and receiving shipments as well as scheduling manufacturing.
• Physically receive and organize inventory shipments.
• Assess current orders and forecast future demand in order to provide adequate supplies.
• Input and process all orders, from sale order received to fulfillment, online and offline.
• Keep stock update to date on all online channels.
• Manage overlapping projects.
• Keep track of deadlines.
• Maintain the product catalogue.
• Manage product returns, quality, damaged products and product expiry.
• Work with logistic companies for shipping orders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in reducing cost or improving efficiency.
• Possessing experience in customer-facing position.
• Having professional planning experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Supply chain and logistics experience.
• Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities.
• Experience with importation, exportation and customs brokerage.
