Tasks & Responsibilites:

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments of CEO

Manage travel of the staff

Typing, preparing and collating reports, filing

Organising and servicing meetings (taking minutes)

Prioritising workloads

Liaising with relevant organisations and clients

Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Logging or processing bills or expenses

Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Requirements & Skills

  1. Can travel, drive and communicate in English
  2. Minimum Education: B.A/ B.Com
  3. Preferrably Male
