o visit facility on daily basis and get maintain necessary compliance requirements (documentation, practices and physical provisions).

To assist with manager compliance regarding Audits performs and Health safety & Environment issues.

To make Risk Assessment and check its effectiveness.

To Conduct HSE Committee meeting of every month.

To Assess Legal Manager and to accomplish task under his advises.

To keep update legal documents and inform the upcoming documents to be expired to the legal Manager.

Giving training to all employees about HSE issues.

To review your task, plan, schedule and execute the task on proactive basis including legal registers, compensation records, training, meeting, testing, contract agreements etc.

To report on daily basis to your seniors and to fulfil the tasks assign by them.

To be functional part of your department to promote and establish compliance in the company.

To manage and ensure factory maintenance.

To ensure matters (Physical condition all part of the facility.)

To conduct internal audits against ISO, WRAP C-TPAT, SEDEX, BSCI etc. certifications.

To coordinate with certifications bodies regarding ISO, WRAP C-TPAT etc. certifications.

To prepare analytical reports for top management review

To ensure wage, benefits and others.

To ensure implementation of policies and procedures.

To ensure validation of Legal Documents & other certifications.

To conduct & maintain risk assessment.

To monitor all activity regarding Health & Safety Issues.

To coordinate with all department heads on system and compliance matters

To ensure that relevant procedure/ instructions are available in the departments.

MRM meeting minutes.

Conducting worker consul election & meeting minutes.

Authorities:

Access control to all production departments, authority to stop any critical non-conformance leading to Critical consequence. Authorize to highlight and warn any major non-conformance, authority related to administration your department.
