• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or social sciences.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a program development environment
• Strong proficiency in proposal writing, date collection, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinating conferences, trainings and management support.
• Exceptional organizing, record keeping and communication skills.
• Close attention to detail; personal initiative and business follow-ups.
