Army Retired (Naib Subedar / Subedar / Chief Warrant Officer) Minimum Matric with 10~15 Years’ Experience in Armed Force with civilian experience 5-7 years in Industry.

1. Ensure proper functioning of time office and attendance system.
2. Prepare and submit the daily attendance summary to Management.
3. Maintain and update the leave register, attendance register loan register periodically.
4. Prepare the payroll sheets (complete); receive over time with proper justification of all employees and handover to timekeeper for entering in payroll by the 2nd working day of every month.
5. Prepare the first fifteen days attendance of all the employee and forward to Finance department for advance salary purpose. .
6. Draft and deliver disciplinary notices in accordance with company policy.
7. Ensure safety from fire hazards and burglary.
8. Receive the applications and process to recruit labor/s and lower staff/s and prepare their documents.
9. Admin & Security Incharage to perform the protocol duties, attend the foreign & local company guests and arrange entertainment for them.
10. Admin & Security Incharage to manage the events inside/outside the factory.
