Team Manager (Night Shift) 2

Pro Global Technologies is looking for a dynamic Team Manager for its call center operations in Night Shift (Islamabad). The resource should have a proven work experience of 4-5 years in call center /BPO and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Title: Team Manager.

Shift: Night 8 PM – 5 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Islamabad.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the team monthly targets and ensure target achievement on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the fulfillment of KPIs. Also deliver month targets to associates.
• Managed the analysis and implementation of projects. Strategic analysis undertaken and delivered to inform, manage and drive stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Team Lead.
• Experience of managing Teams of more than 10 peoples.
