Handling logistics in transit issues, suggesting solutions on run time accordingly.

Handling customer pre and post sales quires and issues.

Communicating with customers through various channels social media and direct channels.

Strong multi tasking skills and can prioritize tasks and time.

Hands on experience of tools like MSExcel, MSWord

Ability to manage social media tasks

Prepare product or service reports by collecting analyzing customer information.

Adding & Editing product data accordingly time to time.

will be responsible for online listings of product on sites like ebay, amazon, gumtree etc,.
