Should be able to Maintain the cold room units and temperatures

Should be able to Maintain and trouble shoot the chillers operations

Should be able to Maintain / trouble shoot the continuous ice cream freezers

Trouble shoot the beak down if any occur in the shift

Data recording temp/use of gases .

Cooling towers operation.

Education : DAE Refrigeration

EXp: 3to 5 years hand on experience as ref technician in ice cream factory /

cold room /

cold chain
