Job Description
- To meet the monthly sales target assigned by the BUH – LTC i.e. standard wise and region wise.
- Sales Inquiry generation, as per TUVAT BIC (company) handbook policy.
- Only approved FSMS and Halal food certification proposals and contract agreements by BUH - LTC to be dispatched to the concerned client.
- Meet deadlines and business objectives set by the BUH - LTC.
- Ensure Compliance with all TUVAT BIC’s policies and procedures, including policy for information security.
- Develop and design annual sales plan to target the food industry for the assigned region.
- Develop and administer sales database, which includes client related information, mailing list, client contact details, etc. related to the food industry.
- To keep accurate and transparent inquiry log at all times.
- Approach potential clients through introductory letters /email / phone calls /social media network/ personal contacts / yellow pages / chamber of commerce / associations etc. etc.
- Minimum 10 potential letters/emails per day to be sent.
- Maintain an inquiry log of such activities.
- Develop and maintain contacts and record of potential clients (either seeking or may be interested in food certification in the future) of the Business Industry.
- Preparation and submission of preliminary documentation i.e. inquiry form, proposal, contract agreement.
- Invoice clients for initial advance.
- Send introductory pack.
- Record keeping of all the above.
- Meet and exceed the sales budget and targets.
- Identifying potential companies and contacting prospective clients, with a view to sell TUVAT BIC International’s certification, and sign up for new business.
- Effective sales letter writing and telemarketing should be adopted as an inquiry-generating tool.
- To develop and maintain healthy business relationship with all business specialists within the assigned region.

- Highly Motivated & Energetic and have a huge Appetite for Work & Growth.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools particularly expertise in word, excel and power point.
- Excellent Time management, Teamwork & Team Management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
