Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to CEO.
Receive & screen telephone calls, take & relay messages and deal with queries.
Coordinate and maintain schedules of appointments and meetings.
Arrange meetings and prepare minutes as per the instructions.
Research work related to printing industry and new market trends.
Prepare official letters, emails to clients and relevant vendors, receive and sort mails.
Visa and travel arrangements for CEO.
Maintain proper filing for records and keep soft copies as well.
Greet guests/Delegations of CEO and manage necessary arrangements.
Ensure Confidentiality of documents and files.
Requirements & Skills
Handle Multiple tasks.
Well versed in managing CEO tasks, calenders, appointments.
Time Management.
Excellent Communication skills written & verbal.
