We are looking experience candidates for Youtube channel. The exciting role is responsible for the day-to-day operation and short to mid-term strategy for our News channel on YouTube. This encompasses the content strategy, scheduling and delivery; and working with the Heads to implement the agreed strategy to grow the YouTube network and use it to support the wider business objectives of our Channel - growing subscribers and views in order to meet the agreed audience.

Role Responsibility:

• By running the team of YouTube Executives, take responsibility for the day-to-day operation.
• Devise and implement audience development strategies both on and off YouTube to increase viewing and subscriber numbers.
• Oversee all written editorial across all videos, channel home pages and any off-site blogging/promotion and make sure it is of a consistently excellent standard.
• Take responsibility for the overall look and design of channel and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines.
• Research on what content (CTV and other) is performing well on YouTube as well as other sites, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas.
