Job Description
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Handle general account queries
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due
- Prepare Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet and Trials.
- Followups with Customers and vendors for payment.
- Create Sales Tax Invoices.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Responsible for tax audits and tax returns.
- Prepare and record Income Tax Challan of employees and responsible for the submission of income tax return on monthly basis.
- Other duties assigned by the Director
- Job Requirements
Having good command on software as ERP/Quick Book etc.
Developed Experience of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good in communication and presentation skills
