Job Description
- initiate key organizational development intervention, focused on creating a positive, productive working culture.
- Relationship building with different strategies plan.
- Excel to resolve the organizational challenges with innovative solutions and process improvements that increase efficiency.
- To improve overall office environment for productivity of work.
- Accomplished staff results by planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Arrange third party contractor for canteen, waste, transport, janitorial staff, security staff etc.
- Keep a strong check on all administrative related activities.
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Requirements & Skills
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
· Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
· Proficient in MS Office
