Barman (Bartender)

Bartender Duties and Responsibilities

• hand-on experience of preparing shakes, coffes, juices etc
• ability to train other and transfer the skill
• manage the bar and daily work
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees

Bartender Requirements and Qualifications

• High school certificate (Metric).
• 1+ years’ experience working as a bartender.
• Strong customer service, great memory, and interpersonal skills required.
