Job Description
- Manage sales, revenue and expense controls according to Business plan.
- Setting targets with the sales team.
- Managing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Reporting results as necessary.
- Planning creative promotional activities.
- Understand ideal/ regular customers, their needs and keep record about them.
- Candidates from DHA 8, Paragon, Barki road and surroundings will be given preference.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Pleasent behavior, motivated and has ability to lead a sale team.
