HR / PAYROLL Officer 2

A leading Fashion Apparel Brand based at Karachi is Urgently looking for HR/Payroll Officer to join its Team for follwoing tasks;

PAYROLL OPERATIONS

1. To process end to end payroll operations.

2. Manage Loan and Advances payments and scheduling the records.

3. To execute a standard audit and proactive data verification process for all payroll data to ensure information is correct and

maintained properly, at both the employee and employer level.

4. To verify payroll outputs for accuracy, sensibility and overall correctness and mitigates as required.

5. Performs responsibilities which establish and maintain accurate employee/payroll/tax records; includes auditing and

analyzing records for compliance with established employment labour and company standards, and changes in pay and

tax status, and other miscellaneous changes by HR and employees.

6. Prepares wires and funds Payroll and Benefits; monitors for transaction completion and mitigates any stopped workflows.

7. To prepare salary breakup including regional salary disbursement.

HR OPERATIONS

1. To coordinate with Regional heads / Managers for new hiring, transfers, demotions, terminations and promotions related

queries.

2. To update, manage existing employee’s data into internal databases and personal files.

3. To oversee approved manpower.

4. To manage and maintain approvals database.

6. Any other duties assigned by the management which are equal or similar to the responsibility level.

1. BBA/HR prefered.
2. ERP knowledge is must.
3. Excelelnt command over MS EXCEL.
4. Knowledge of Labor laws and wages implementation.
5. Must have previous working experince of handling Payroll.
6. Retail / Garments experinced is prefered.
7. Excellent analytical skills
8. Excellent communication skills.
