HR Manager For A Call Center

• Assist all hiring and training procedures for new employees
• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Conduct new employee orientations

• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, business administration, or related field

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs45,000.00 /month
