Store Executive

1. Requisition, receiving & stock control of Goods and materials.
2. Inspection and verification of all type of Goods quantitatively & qualitatively as per POs
3. Inventory management ( prepare the minimum inventory stock)
4. Coach and support other team members
5. Maintain and monitor store inventory
6. Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality & environment
7. Maintain product levels appropriately
8. Managing store return material from Production departments
9. Making purchase return of rejected materials, including Raw materials to supplier
10. Issuing of Goods material to Production Department as per approved requisition
11. Manage & verify that issuance of goods are as per FIFO rule
12. Supervising helpers regarding loading & unloading of Goods and materials.
13. Preparing and maintaining all related documents and records of store activities
