Job Description
Internee will be part of Enterprise Support team providing support against Compute/storage/Backup platforms.
Internship period will be 3 months.
Requirements & Skills
Installation and configuration of Red Hat Linux
Providing OS Level support on RedHat Linux, Windows, HPUX
Participate in and support capacity planning and development
Installation/Trouble shooting and servicing HPE/DELL EMC Storages.
Attend support calls from customer 24/7.
Troubleshooting hardware problems and issues.
