Community Mobilizer

Job Summary
The position holder will be responsible conducting meeting in the different areas of Lahore and
convince female and their family head to join GharPar as Beautician

• Map and identify target communities in Lahore area, with demographic details
• Mobilize and preposition 10 prospective beauticians in at least two communities each every week. i.e. preposition at least 20 prospective beauticians a week
• Daily field visits are mandatory
• Arrange and lead the community meetings of at least 20 beauticians each in all communities once a week with management
• Brief the prospective beauticians on the documentation and ensure their documentation is complete as per the requirement;
• Follow up with prospective beauticians
• Assist Training and Monitoring Manager is arranging and conducting meeting and be a part of the meeting;
• Print and Scan all the documentation of beauticians
• Ensure documentation of all related activities in soft & hard is available and updated
• Should be responsible for maintaining the proper personnel file of Beauticians
• Submit weekly, monthly reports regularly to CEO & TM Manager
• Keep every community activity documented in soft and hard copy
• Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly work plans
• To lead the on-boarding process of beauticians and to assists prospective beauticians in all their queries
• To execute all communication to trainee and active beauticians
• Organizing meetings and disseminating any communication from management to beauticians

Entensive experience of community mobilization

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should have a good convincing power

Should be able to organize and manage documentation
Should have a command on MS Office and on email
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
