Job Summary

Looking for a female candiate with an excellent communication skills to handle complaints from clients and convert members into clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for complaints, queries, requests, feedback, or any other needs
  • Ensure the individual has signed up
  • Convert signed up member into the client
  • Followup with redundant clients and ensure they become active clients
  • Provide feedback and resolve customer complaints in a professinal manner
  • Process membership in a timely manner

Requirements & Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
