Job Summary
Looking for a female candiate with an excellent communication skills to handle complaints from clients and convert members into clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- First point of contact for complaints, queries, requests, feedback, or any other needs
- Ensure the individual has signed up
- Convert signed up member into the client
- Followup with redundant clients and ensure they become active clients
- Provide feedback and resolve customer complaints in a professinal manner
- Process membership in a timely manner
Requirements & Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
