Job Description
The position holder will be required to train the team/trainee (beauticians) and ensure that they are able to embark in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct trainings in the various trade of beauty industry and teach authentic and new technique
Prepare weekly progress, report and share with line manager (Training and Monitoring Manager)
Conclude the training session and ensure competencies of trainees by conducting the practical test
Ensure that trainees are capable to manage the customer in the field
Responsible to taking care of the equipment/ products while demonstrating
Requirements & Skills
Should be able to read and write.
Should have hands on experience in various trade of beauty industry
Experience and aptitude of conduct trainings
Must be well groomed
