Job Description
- §Knowledge of Calibration, troubleshooting and General Maintenance of different kind of Instruments like Flow meters, Level Switches, Temperature and pressure Transmitters, Proximity Sensors, Linear Sensor etc.
- §Comprehensive Knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosis communication fault and basic programming of Different PLC brands like Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB and others.
- §Parameterization, Troubleshooting, communication failure diagnosis and General Maintenance ABB Multi-drive ACS800/ACS880, Siemens Micro Master, MacroMex Inverters ABB, Reliance Inverters etc.….
- §Software awareness i.e. Simatic S7, ABB Control builder M Professional, Allen Bradley Factory Talk. Online monitoring and troubleshooting.
- §Coordination with Production and Mechanical team and provide support to timely fault diagnosis for smooth production operation.
- §Maintaining critical spare parts and economical alternate solution.
- §Maintaining fault log Report.
