Office / Finance Manager

We are looking for a Office Manager who will be responsible for monitoring, preparing the financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, financial analysis, financial consultancy of client, delegating work and workload planning, organize office operations and procedures, coaching and disciplining staff, liaising with members of the senior management team and perform other related duties as required.

Candidate must have experience in data entry in SAGE and system setup related to accounts)

The selection process for Office Manager is comprises of five stages which are:
1-Short Telephone Interview
2-Face-to-Face Interview
3-Practical Test
4-Interview with MD
5-Interview with the Finance Head from UK.

The candidate, who cleared all these five stages successfully, will become the part of ACTSOL as a Finance Manager.

Candidate must be fluent in English.
