Job Description
- Maintain control over supply and consumption of necessary, raw materials, machinery spares.
- lead and execute purchasing activities.
- Develop strong know how of technical / quality specs.
- Locate /select new vendors based on reliability, quality, technical specs, ensuring integrity of materials and pricing.
- Negotiate terms & conditions with vendors.
- Process documentation obtaining timely approvals / ERP system
- Maintain immaculate records.
- Ensure the reporting and auditing requirements are observed and followed.
- Assist in planning and managing all the purchase and contractual aspects of procurement of materials, works and services.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Experience on ERP.
- Ability to work in Pressure and Deadline situations.
