Job Description
- Preparation of Sales Tax invoices after compiling the dispatched data on the basis of gate pass.
- Compilation of Sales Report on monthly, quarterly or on any frequency required by management.
- Preparation of debit notes / credit notes in case of variance in quantity sold and selling price.
- Assisting CFO / Sr. Manager & Manager in provision of Sale Activity Reports on a day to day basis
- Proper & timely recording of sales proceeds deposited by customers in various bands and its verification at the time of DO signing from respective bank statements.
- Preparation for monthly band reconciliation of assigned band accounts and recording of direct deductions by banks.
- Responsible for conducting monthly stock count activity as a member of finance team and compilation of observation found thereon.
- Preparation of monthly expense schedule.
- Preparation of vehicle lease rental scheduled and recoding of lease rental as per schedule
