HR Officer - Retail Operations

A well-known Fashion Apparel Organization based in Karachi is urgently seeking for HR Officer to join its HR Team for following Tasks;

1. To assist HOD in Screening resumes, manage CV Data Bank.
2. To assist in Interview process.
3. To oversee New Hiring, promotion, demotions, Terminations and Separation process.
4. To coordinate with Regional Teams.
5. To oversee Retail Payroll procedure.
6. Any other tasks as necessary

1. MBA from Reputable University
2. Excellent communication Skills
3. ERP, Word application experience is must.
4. Attention to details.
