Florabelle - The Flower Store is hiring a skilled Customer Service / Sales Representative for its retail business. Potential candidates with proven customer service and communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

What do we do: We provide freshly picked local, imported flowers bouquets, floral arrangements for event decor, baskets and gift wrapping.

Job Responsibilities:

• To receive orders from customers and make accurate entries into a company’s order management system, negotiate price, process payments, and confirm orders.
• To resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns.
• To provide prompt and efficient customer service by exhibiting attention to detail, usual support, and patience, whilst dealing with customers.
• To promote products and services during public at private events, utilising communication/influencing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in any field.
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Applying innovative solutions to various types of complaints and concerns
• Maintaining a professional demeanour in challenging situations
• Good computer skills
