• Oversee all operational matters within a defined region.
• Retain overall responsibility for the operation of all branches, within a region
• Retain overall responsibility for each branch within a region to ensure operational requirements are met
• Continually review operating systems and analyze.
• Report any failing areas/departments to the Operations and immediately take corrective measures
• Communicate regularly with the Operations in regards to branches performance while highlighting any areas of concern/improvement
• Develop, implement and update the best practice operations policy and procedures.
• Provide a monthly report detailing the operational status and health of all company activities within the concerned region/province.
• Regular visiting of branches to ensure that operations are being carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
