Administration Executive

Candidate should have exposure of dealing with the following:
Multiple locations upkeep and management
Printing, designing retail outlet and other PR items
Good networking with different vendors in the industry
Upkeep and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical equipment
Well-versed with handling Government Departments, including but not limited to EOBI, SESSI etc.
Management of Payroll
Security and Safety Processes and implementation
Hiring of Janitorial Staff, Mechanics, Technicians
Must have own transport to visit different locations as and when required
Handling of retail staff, and outlets
Management and execution of marketing efforts at events and other PR opportunities

• Good command on excel, word.
• Good communication Skills
