Job Description
Make packages Quotation of Worldwide Tour Packages with Hotel, Excursion, Transfer, Visa and Ticket Rates as per clients demand Hotel Reservation.
Attend Sales Inquiry.
Analyze Client Requirement and Ability to develop packages for Holidays, honeymoons, leisure, business travel etc in cost-effective mode possible.
Making reservations handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of Tours Voucher and Tickets.
Must have experience in dealing in Tours.
Must have experience in developing Tour Packages.
Visa Case Preparation and Requirement details.
Must have knowledge about Visa processes or solving immigration issues.
Knowledge of ticketing and experience with GDS System.
Must have sound knowledge of different routes.
Requirements & Skills
Must have MS Excel, Word and English Communication Skills.
At least 01 year of experience in Tour Quotation, and command in Galileo and Abacus GDS (Ticket Issue, Reissue, EMD Issue, Manual Pricing and Fare Calulation).
Salary Range: PKR. 20,000 - 35,000/Month
