Ticketing & Reservations Officer 3

Ticketing Officer & Travel Agents required.

- Hanlding all income queries over phone, emails & walkins.

- Recording each query on our system with contact details before quoting fares;

- Quoting fares & issue tickets.

- Follow up on open queires and close sale with professional manner.

- Quote prices for all sectors, airlines, types of seats etc,

- Book flights & issue tickets after payment confirmations;

- generate Service Order with Contact Details, Ticket Details and Flight Details for Invoice preperations by Accounts Dept.

- Good spoken & communication skills over telephone and face to face;

- min. 1 year expereince as a Travel Agent;

- GDS user of Sabre and Galileo;

- Microsoft Offce (word,excel, outlook)
