Ticketing & Reservations Officer 3

A Travel Agency based in Saddar requires Ticketing Officers who can use GDS - Gal, Sabre & Worldpspan.

Min. 1 year exp. is required.

Job Description :

- Handle inbound queries over phone, emails and walk in Clients;

- Quote fares & rates as per Client's requirements through quotations (written) ;

- Miantain Cusomter Database for the Company;

- Record all inbound queries for follow up purposes & hand over to supervisor at day end.

- Issue tickets , refunds , cancelations, upgrades.
