Job Description

- Manage and keep record of electronic/non electronic correspondences and ensure they are communicated to concerned branch personnel.

- Process new business documentation, preliminary underwriting, and completion of requirements and follow up with branch members for issuance.

- Provide customer services, ensuring visitors and callers are assisted in a professional manner

- Cascade the Persistency related various MIS and reports to the Consultants and ManagersHandling and reporting Compliance matters.

- Support to Service Officers & Location Head
