Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Should be able to guide farmers for their queries received over the helpline related to crops, fruits, Vegetables, livestock, plant diseases & rectifications.
- Advise callers on agricultural technologies and techniques to improve productivity/crops’ yield
- Should be able to proactively identify agricultural issues and initiatives across Pakistan in order to keep the BKK farmers posted about the critical agricultural information preemptively besides providing advisory services over the helpline.
- Improve current agricultural content and advisory services provided over BKK digital platform i.e. SMS (USSD), IVR (Interactive Voice Response), BKK Application & Website – augment existing information and advisory services
- Link farmers to relevant services including input and output markets.
Requirements & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of the area of specialization (Agronomy/Entomology/Plant Pathology).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Reporting & analysis expertise
- Should be able to work in teams
- Multilingual candidate will be preferred
