Manager Planning And Implementation

Siddiqsons Tinplate Limited, the only tinplate manufacturers in Pakistan, established in 1999 is setting up a Cold Rolling Mill complex. We are looking to hire a talented professional (Bachelor degree in Engineering in any disciplinary) in the capacity of ‘Manager Planning and Implementation’ at our setup in HUB, Baluchistan. Job responsibilities of the role include:

1. Project Planning & Execution monitoring
2. Analyze all project activities including scope variations, slipped tasks, upcoming tasks, and actual hours vs. planned hours
3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate schedules
4. Monitor projects for adherence to schedule, cost and for achieving milestones
5. System preparation & implementation
6. Planning & stacking of material parts as per requirements.
7. Effectively prioritize and organize workloads to meet the daily/weekly schedules.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10-12 years of experience, and must be proficient with MS Project, MS Office and preference will be given to those having knowledge of CAD/CAM, PERT/CPM and strong communication skills.
