Job Description
- To do electric are manual welding, lug tacking, lug welding CO2 welding, submerged arc welding as per required quality standards.
- To operate all the machines in Assembly & Welding section as per the procedure with all safely aspects.
- To inform Supervisor S.G. / Sr. Welder-I / Assistant Supervisor if any fault in welding machines and / or other production machines in Assembly & Welding section is occurred during production.
- To ensure that preset production targets are achieved throughout the working shift.
- To ensure cleaning of the machines before the start and at the close of the shift with the help of helpers / USL.
Requirements & Skills
- To ensure that the components produces during the shift are properly stacked / counted with the help of helpers/USL.
- To do any other job in any of the section of the plant as may be assigned to him from time to time.
