Job Description
- To receive and supervise the loading of finished components / wheels conveyor lines of pint shop being done by helpers.
- To supervisor and check that the proper degreasing / Phosphating is being done in pretreatment plant and that the components / wheels are properly dried they reach to painting booths.
- To supervisor and check that the proper cleaning with Kerosene oil is being done on the loaded components / wheel by the helpers before these components / wheels go fir degreasing.
- To supervisor and check that the application viscosity of the paint (Primer and Topcoat) is properly maintained before
- Carrying out such other duties and responsibilities in any of the section of production deptt. as may be assigned from time to time.
- Assign areas and responsibilities to sub-ordinates, monitor their performance and provide guidelines where necessary.
- Clarify department objectives and their relationship with the overall company’s objective and convey the same to the sub-ordinates.
- Promote constructive discipline and working harmony in the section.
Requirements & Skills
- Communicate management instructions / policies to the staff under him.
- Appraise performance / recommendation of the sub-ordinates under him.
- Ensure strict compliance of safety rules by all concerned in his section.
- To recommend leaves and overtime as per company’s rules.
- Maintain liaison with other Department / Section for smooth and efficient working of the Department.
- To impart training to personnel in his Section.
- Perform any other functions as assigned to him by his superior
