Job Description
- Understand the work requirements by ensuring the standard SOPs, work flows and procedures.
- Responsible for direct dealing with customers regarding product specification and sales correspondence.
- Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Prepare quotations, payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
- Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, and orders for timely revisions.
- Follow up with the accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
- Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
- Look after the display items regarding product display, placement and price tagging.
- Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities given by the management from time to time
