Ecommerce Executive (German Language)

Green Origin is looking for an energetic resource that can manage the german ebay amazon channels.

Must know the basic computer and online marketplaces, E.g. eBay, Amazon, etsy etc.

The candidate will be responsible for listing, managing, optimising and updating listed products on Amazon, eBay and other channels, as well as handling all customer queries and returns via email or phone.

Create and update product content as pictures and descriptions on Amazon and eBay
• Research and implement relevant keywords
• Customer Service
• Looking for negative feedback and resolving them asap
• Communicating with customers in a calm and concise manner
• Preparing quotes for personalised or bulk orders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience with sell on amazon / ebay platform, as well as knowledge of any listing Software (orders management software),German and english would be an advantage.
